Hey friends! We are thrilled to announce that we'll be releasing A Forest of Polarity, the debut album from Bellingham, Washington's Rooftops on vinyl. Pre-orders for the album will go up April 1st (heh, no joke) with copies hitting store shelves around the globe on May 18th.

Rooftops take its brand of intricate math pop and layer it generously with acoustic guitars, horns, strings and percussion. The resulting arrangements create an impressive sound uniting math rock and post rock into something bold, new and exciting. The band adds vocals to the mix only sparingly but at brilliantly timed intervals for maximum effect. It is the bold, unbridled enthusiasm of math rock harnessed only by the restraints and subtle nuances of post rock. A Forest of Polarity is the sound of two becoming one. Can you hear it?

They are stupid for wanting to play here haha. Um, depends what genre you guys are really, it's kind of a weird scene down here. Prescott is about 2 - 3 hours away? I usually judge from Tempe because I've been there a few times and that's roughly 2, I'm not sure how close Prescott is to Tempe.

Anyways, venues for like hardcore ish is usually done at The Rock, The Living Room, or Dry River.

Indie ish (depending on how popular you guys are) can take place at The Living Room, The Rialto, Dry River, Club Congress, The Rock, Plush or basically any venue in Tucson.

I don't really go to many shows around here unless it's a band I really want to see, which isn't really often because I'm poor and there are retarded 21 plus rules around here on a lot of the good shows.

I'm in We Were Skeletons. We're not very popular.

Hey hijacking this thread again for a second. I've heard of we were skeletons, nice. Though it seems like indie groups get more fans and stuff around here. The last few hardcore bands that came here didn't have too many people show up, not sure if you guys mind that.
